We recently had to move, just around the corner, from Doncaster East to Doncaster East. We needed a set day with only a couple of weeks’ notice. We had not spoken to anyone else when we rang and spoke to Leon. He said no job too big, no job too small. What is it you need moved?
Gave him a list. Asked about price. He said would be fair and reasonable. Sounded trustworthy and honest. No worries, I’ll fit you in. We said, sounds good. The guys turned up on time, all done quickly, efficiently, very professional and very reasonable pricing.
They will move us back in about a year’s time.

You recently moved us from Ringwood to Mooroolbark Victoria (Melbourne Eastern Suburb). We got a quote to hire a Furniture Removalist from one of the big companies which seemed excessive, and a friend referred us to you. You completed the move for much less than the other company’s quote. Your team were brilliant, they were friendly and helpful, they packed all the fragile stuff, and they took good care of all our furniture. We had a lot of stuff to move; basically, they packed the china glass and crockery and loaded the truck on day1, then finished loading, moved and unloaded on day 2. At your suggestion we didn’t pack the teapot, we were able to keep your team and ourselves supplied with tea and biscuits over the two days! So far I have not found anything that was broken or damaged in the move. Everything went smoothly. I can’t recommend you and your team more highly.

Leon’s motto is “we move people, not boxes.” The team that moved us were very personable and they listened and worked with us to ensure the end result is what we were expecting. The team are experienced, efficient, hard working and their friendliness is a breath of fresh air. Their vehicles are equipped with everything that is needed to lift and store the most uniquely shaped items. My husband was impressed at how they packed items and how methodical they were about ensuring everything was neat and tidy. We’ve moved multiple times in the last few years while relocating from Europe to Australia and this was easily the best-organised moves we’ve made, thanks to Leon and his team. We highly recommend Leon as someone you can trust and he will do his best to make things stress free. Just make sure you have some tea handy.

Our Removals service was a little out of the ordinary with multiple cancellations and changes. Kennedy Removals handled it all without complaint and saw to it that our things got to where they needed to be at the end of the whole mess. What is more they did it at a very reasonable price. Your staff were courteous, efficient and friendly, which helped to make a busy and stressful day that much easier for all of us. Boxes and packaging paper were left with us a few weeks prior to moving day, and picked up a few weeks later, all included in the cost. Thank you for organising an extra truck, just in case, also at no extra charge. My mother and I recently moved from East Doncaster to Bullen, Melbourne Victoria. In deciding on a Furniture Removalist my mother, who is elderly, choose Leon Kennedy Removals as they were located close by, and her initial enquiry was met with kind attention and patience.
A couple of weeks prior to our move, Leon Kennedy delivered 40 cartons to us, so we could pack items at leisure, and have them ready for removal day. We were advised there would be no charge for the boxes if they were not written on, and could be returned after the move. We thought this was good service and appreciated and cost-saving.
On moving day, the van arrived just after 8.30 am and two men took care of all our furniture and effect, packing them into the van with care and efficiency. When everything was packed they took half an hour for lunch before arriving in Bullen, Melbourne VICTORIA. They uploaded with the same care and attention, packing items as we directed. We are particularly impressed that they even repaired my bed base (which was already broken) before re-assembling.
This reference is quite unsolicited. Mother and I so pleased with the way Leon Kennedy Removals locked after our move, making light work of what could have been quite a stressful day. We have no hesitation in recommending Leon Kennedy Removals for their consideration to us. And to all our future!!
